Zinnit Destinations by Senfter

Because sometimes, family values move mountains

Our story begins in Innichen in 1857 – with a butcher’s shop, artisan meat and charcuterie, genuine South Tyrolean tradition. In the 1960s, Franz Senfter transformed the family business into a quality brand that gained worldwide recognition. The business earned a reputation for keeping its word – something that still applies to everything that bears the Senfter name today. At some point, the dream grew beyond the meat counter: why offer guests a service for only a few short moments when they could stay longer? This led to the creation of the first hotels, fuelled by the same pioneering spirit that inspired the founder.

Today, the Zinnit Destinations by Senfter combine this history with a clear vision: hospitality that keeps its word. The family’s love of their homeland evolved into a passion for hospitality. Six hotels in IInnichen and Sexten now carry the Zinnit Destinations name, each with its own character, all united by shared values: sustainability, innovation, homeland, nature, people.

That’s what the Senfter family has always stood for: that touch extra, special care, and passion you can feel.

Sustainability in action

GSTC certification is more than just a seal on the wall. It means regional partnerships, promoting public mobility, conserving resources, and thinking plastic-free. And the Sustainability Label South Tyrol – Level 2 confirms that we mean it.

Embracing innovation

From the first sulphur grotto to the chlorine-free mineral pool and the hot-yoga studio: we try, we test, and we learn. The Senfter family looks ahead, preserves tradition, and welcomes the new.

Preserving our homeland

The 3 Zinnen Dolomites destination is our home. We create year-round jobs, support local producers, and are committed to the region. Tourism only works when local people are involved.

Respecting nature

The mountains give, and we give back. Energy-efficient buildings, renewable energy, and careful use of water. UNESCO World Heritage status goes hand in hand with responsibility.

Putting people first

Hospitality begins with the team: a respectful workplace, fair pay, and the chance to grow. Because satisfied employees create happy guests.

Our vision: 100% holiday for all

I’m in the right place.

We want every guest to feel this – from first contact to farewell, at every hotel, during every season. 100% holiday means you get to decide: action or relaxation. Gourmet or self-catering. Wellness or hiking. Socialising or alone time. Our hotels give you room for both.

Connecting hearts – our promise

Hospitality grows where passionate people meet. Behind Zinnit Destinations is the Senfter family – rooted in the region, committed to the highest standards, and focused on quality, clarity, and cleanliness, all supported by genuine friendliness and mindful care. Each hotel tells its own story, yet all share the same values. The fifth generation leads with foresight; fresh ideas meet the experience of parents and grandparents. Discussions at the family table shape strategies; shared values hold us together.

Franz Senfter, President of Sextner Dolomiten AG, is committed to the tourism development of the entire region. The family invests in infrastructure, supports local associations, and promotes culture.

“Find your path” means choosing the hotel that’s right for you. And we’ll walk that path with you.
