The door clicks shut, and the world stays outside. You’re in your Alpine suite: light pouring in through floor-to-ceiling windows, warm wood all around, stone bringing the mountain spirit indoors. Outside the window: a park, hidden corners, silence that feels like a gift.
Zin Park Residence is located in the heart of Innichen, shielded from the bustle, surrounded by apricot, peach, cherry, and plum trees. The Burgmann family once tended this oasis with remarkable care, bringing unexpected variety to upper Val Pusteria/Pustertal. Today, the park lives on, enchanting anew every season. Zin Park Residence means Alpine lifestyle combined with friendly warmth, modern clarity paired with cosy comfort.
Boutique spa feeling
The chlorine-free mineral pool carries you weightlessly, underwater massage jets help tension fade away, and an innovative light feature fills the water with colour and shade. There’s also a bio-sauna, Finnish sauna, and steam bath, and twice-daily themed infusions whisk you away into a world of aromas and warmth.
The multifunctional studio hosts hot yoga classes and individual sessions, with mats, blocks, and mirrors all ready for mindful movement and profound balance. In the cardio gym, you can find your own rhythm on the rowing machine, treadmill, and bike. For more intensive training, the “Zin Fitness” gym in partner residence Zin Senfter opens its doors to you free of charge.

Each suite has a fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, combi oven (microwave and oven), Illy coffee machine, Italian moka coffee pot. You can cook whenever you fancy – and with produce from the Senfter delicatessen, it’ll be sure to taste divine. Or let us spoil you: at the bistro in partner residence Zin Senfter, we serve South Tyrolean specialities with an Alpine twist. A “Marende” snack in the afternoon, an aperitivo in the evening, all available to take away and enjoy in your suite.
